The Notch Train from North Conway New Hampshire is a 5 hour round trip to Crawford Notch at the base of Mt Washington New Hampshire. The head end power is 1950's CNR F-Units which pull 1950's CNR coaches and a Budd dome car over a very scenic and historical route. 6 bridges, 3 stations, 2 photo stops and a time to stretch and photo the engines as they reverse ends of the trains for the trio back are highlights. The train is very well kept and the trip has excellent commentary as points of interest are passed. A great way to see fall leaves in New England and get great photos of an excellent train operation.
